By booking an appointment, purchasing a service or visiting our clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or over. By booking a treatment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Some treatments may have additional medical or suitability requirements, which will be discussed during your consultation.

3. Medical Disclaimer
Etica Clinic provides aesthetic and skincare treatments carried out by qualified professionals. However, results vary between individuals, and no treatment is guaranteed. You will be required to complete a medical questionnaire and consent form prior to treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest.

4. Consultations
Some treatments require a pre-treatment consultation and patch test, which must be completed at least 24 hours in advance. This will be advised at the time of booking.

5. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Please arrive on time; if you are late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your treatment time.

6. Cancellations & No Shows
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge or forfeiture of your deposit.

No-shows may be charged the full treatment amount.

Repeated missed appointments may result in us declining future bookings.

7. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (if applicable).

Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment by card or other accepted methods displayed in-clinic.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, booked treatments will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of booking.

8. Refunds
Treatments and services are non-refundable once completed. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if results do not meet personal expectations.

We may offer partial refunds or alternative resolutions at our discretion if there is a clinical or service issue.

9. Vouchers & Promotions
Gift vouchers and promotional offers are valid for the period stated and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Specific terms may apply to each promotion.

10. Liability
While all treatments are carried out with the highest standards of care and hygiene, Etica Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or injury resulting from the use of our services, unless caused by our proven negligence.

You are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided. Failure to do so may impact your results or lead to adverse reactions.

11. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how your information is used and stored.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, and imagery, is the property of Etica Clinic and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
